We have had a terrible experience with BVB. I would not recommend them to anyone!
* We were told there would be a small amount of landscaping done to our front yard area. Instead they left a terrible mess with a holding tank lid that had to be lowered. There was zero landscape or even grading done.
*They hooked our gas stove up incorrectly which resulted in me at the doc with damaged lungs and soot damage all throughout our home. We waited 6 days after first informing Tim that we thought something was wrong before contacting him again because he never got back to us. We ended up having a disaster restoration company come in to clean the whole house and our belongings.
*Now we have a shower that is leaking into our closet. They sent Joe to fix the issue but all he did was sloppily put silicone around in our shower. He also put a crack in a tile and failed to mention it. They did not address the possibility of water being in the subfloor etc… The silicone job alone was so bad that it was insulting.
