Was very disappointed in workmanship. Wood floors had to be replaced and walls had to be fixed and repainted. Could not close on closing date because land was not platted. Was not given discloseure and easement papers before second closing. Got legal advise we could break our contract. Attorney never heard from Mr Wiley and our deposit and money for extras added in house were not refunded. Very disappointed.
