Had one project with them, to do pavers. It came out horrible. Quality of work was bad, I would do probably better by myself. You will see Bill only when you sign a contract and after that you can not reach him. Not reliable, never answers your phone calls. I am not recommending his service. You will be disappointed.

I am in agreement with Thomas S. above. Bill is sometimes rude(although tbh I think he thinks that he’s being funny when in actuality he’s not). My pavers have already deteriorated after just one winter after installation, and a mild winter at that with little snowfall. Getting in touch with him via phone is impossible( voicemail is always full). I had to have him come back several times to correct problems but when he does it he makes you feel like he’s doing you a favor rather than running an integral business. The one positive I will say is he does promptly have crews on hands to fix issues but it makes it feel more like a just “wipe your hands” clean of this job rather than trustworthy. His work was very expensive too. I wouldn’t recommend him.
