If I have to replace my roof again, I'd go straight to Stability roofing. They explain what needs to be done and why. Then they do exactly what they said they would do. Throughout the process, they were very responsive. Overall, working with Stability roofing was one of the best experiences I've had working with a company on this type of job.

They respond in a timely manner and alleviate any worries or concerns you have about the process. Zurab is great to deal with and their crew is top notch. Stability roofing was unbelievably professional. Everything from inspection, to quote, to the installation was above and beyond what my wife and I had imagined. For us the best part was the cleanup, I have never seen someone take a 3 foot magnet and run it through our yard picking up any and all loose nails and trash that fell during the demolition phase of the installation. It was extremely appreciated due to the fact that we have pets. The installation itself took less than five hours. I highly recommend this company and will in the future. Thank you Stability Roofing!

Stability Roofing did a professional job on the roof of my house. I had the work performed approximately 6 months ago. Very pleased with process, cleanliness, and impact it has had on my HVAC bills. My home is so much cooler . What I was most pleased about was Zurab's willingness to make sure I was pleased.

My home roof was repaired incorrectly by Dan Deekman from the get go. Under a warranty he did not honor because he did not fix correctly to begin with- and told me incorrect information when called in to look at it to fix!! Does not return calls- emails or anything to rectify.
Steer clear of this company. Any issues his warranty and word are worthless.
Had the great opportunity to work with Zurab, a great guy, very knowledgeable when it comes to roofing. Their crews are among the best, knowledgeable and hard working and reliable people in the great state of Florida! Heroes without a cape when it comes to roofing issues.
