PLEASE, save yourself a lot of grief, and do have this company do ANY work for you Their work is substandard through and through: Tile they installed began to crack within a couple of months ,it took a YEAR for them to finally fix it; The grout and caulking they put in the bathroom cracks and peels, or washes away. There are large gaps between some pieces of tile, and the sealing around the tub is done very rough and thick in the corners by wall; They stole the marble they removed from a window sill, said it was' accidently" put in their truck, and would be returned to me the following week, that was in June, I still do not have it. The owner Lional Dunbar will not reply to my emails. The painting they did is splotchy and discolored on the wall and ceiling. They did not sand and spackle the old chipping paint, they just painted over it using no primer; They made a gouge in the wall, and painted over it and not fill it in; Painted all over the trim of the new cabinets, because to lazy to use carpenters tape to prevent this. I had a flood because they put my laundry machine back with no drain hose, nor at least a note warning me of this. It was beyond description, needless to say I lost a lot of irreplaceable items. When they did the work they put no drop cloth on my wood floors so they were all scuffed up. 2 statues I had on the porch, when they finished, I found cracked and broken along side of the house They just do not care, this is just another work site, another construction job to them, not somebodies home. I feel they were using unskilled and insufficiently trained labor and it shows in the way most of the work was being done. They have absolutely no pride in the quality of their work or work ethics, and are a disgrace to their profession. Pay a little more and get professionals so you will not go through what my family did...It is interesting this beautiful picture above is absolutly nothing like the real quality of their work...Maybe because it was a city project they did not really care anyway, and it showed...
