This builder formerly worked in Fayetteville, GA as a custom builder in Highgrove on Whitewater Creek. I certainly hope his attention to quality building has improved. My house had a leak roof around the chimney for 6 years. They never made a concerted effort to fix the problem. Finally found a roofer that discovered the roofing underpayment was missing around the chimney flashing. The front porch roof was almost beyond repair when we discovered that the railing on top had NO FLASHING AND WATER SEALANT. We were told that we were responsible for calking around posts. Had another builder repair it for $3,000. Now the septic system is failing because they installed an Infiltrator system in Georgia! The infiltrator system is designed to be buried to a dept of 3’ when county codes requires 6’ depth. The ENTIRE DRAIN FIELD WILL REQUIRE REPLACEMENT. Cost estimate $25,000.
