Mr Blakely was referred to us as a responsible and trustworthy contractor to repair several items in our home. We hired his company during 2015 in which he stated within his contract to us that the estimated completion time would be within 1 month. However it is now January of the following year and not all items agreed upon within the contract have been completed nor started. Mr Blakely nor his employees have been back to our home in 5 months - we have not seen him after he requested the last payment for the work to be completed. He has stated to us verbally on 4 separate occasions after receiving the final payment that he and/or his team would be back to complete the work. However, he nor his team has been back.
We have been very patient with Mr Blakely however he has purposely lied to us and taken the money without completing all the work. Our home looks horrible - as there are several areas around the house that has trash from where they have failed to not only finish the work but neither have they cleaned up their work site. Given that the full amount has been paid already there are still 3 remaining items from the contract that have not even been started. We are disgusted with his behavior and would not recommend him for any future work. It's difficult already to find someone who can provide quality work - however it's even worse when someone portrays themselves to be trustworthy but in reality - a dishonest crook.
