We would not recommend Blamar Construction. While the initial interactions were congenial and the proposed cost was reasonable, we found the quality of work to be so-so at best. They did not adhere to the drawings of the work to be done and never reached out for clarification of missing or unclear information (they chose to solve the issues themselves). The bigger issue was the blatant and significant disregard of adhering to an agreed upon work schedule. They had estimated a four-day window to complete the work with a work window of 9:00-5:00. This was very important to us, and they were told this many times. And yet, they repeated ignored this window often not showing up until mid-afternoon and extending their work past the 5:00 cut-off. After eventually being asked to leave the site and not return (prior to full and satisfactory completion of the project), they had the temerity to demand payment in full, taking no responsibility for the unfortunate circumstances they created.

I will not recommend this scammer. He just showed up with fancy car the first day when he deal with you. Once he got first payment you will never see him. He don’t even have business license.
