    I terminated BVB for cause for many reasons
    1. Job started late and wasn't near completion in one week: We made an agreement on the 3rd of September to start work on the 9th of September. The demo permit wasn't applied for till the 6th of September. Therefor, the job didn't start till the 11th of September. The actually demoliton didn't even start till the 12th of September. I terminated BVB from the job on the 17th of September because the demo was yet to be completed fully and there was no work performed that day. Nor was there any end in sight. The job was to be completed in one week per our agreement.

    2. Communication: BVB knowing the job wouldn't start later that expected, no one informed me and my business was down for the 9th and the 10th of September. When I could have been open. I only learned of this the day the job was supposed to start.

    3. Unskilled workers: I expected to have professional do the demolition work. Not Labor Ready, unskilled workers who had no tools or proper skills.

    4. Damage: Because of the Labor Ready unskilled workers there was a lot of electrical damage done to my suite.

    5. Unsafe work conditions and OSHA violations: There were live wires hanging from the ceiling, the super was almost electrocuted due to cutting a live wire, and there was no light in the suite to perform work until I purchased flood lights. Labor Ready workers had no safety gear while working. I provided what I had to them.

    Contractor still expects to be paid $10k of the $16 we agreed too. Asked for detailed invoice for work performed so I could pay for what was done. Contractor sent an invoice with credits for some of the work that wasn't performed but not all. Received notice of Mech. lien and still haven't sent me an invoice for work performed. Told me he's charging me for the work we agreed too even though BVB didn't do the work.
