I scheduled an appt with Kevin Shiffman 2 weeks in advance to install 2 bathroom vanities and 3 toilets in my condo for Friday June 26th. Tuesday prior to I emailed him to confirm. No response. Wednesday i texted him. No response. Thursday I called him and left a voicemail. No response. So now it is Friday and I have 2 bathroom vanities and 3 toilets sitting in my living room. If he did not want to do the job or changed his mind he should have had the courtesy to let me know. I do not recommend Kevin Shiffman or his company Bliss Plumbing and Sewer. Unbelievable.
