I would highly recommend Herve Guinard and Mark de Jong for your next construction project. Our San Francisco NOPA remodel project involved plumbing, electrical, moving walls and custom built-ins. They provided a S.O.W. and completed the project ahead of time and on budget. They were very good to explain the work, the process and predict potential problems in advance. To make the situation more complicated they inherited the project from another contractor who cut corners and demonstrated low standards of quality.
