    They did the retrofit on a Scott Properties building in WLA. They have been redoing our Courtyard for 6 months. It is nowhere close to completion: date given was 1/31, it is now 4/26. The residents (150 units) call it 2 men and a shovel. That sums it up.

    Failed to complete assigned project and left mistakes for property owner to fix.
