We were impressed at how knowledgeable and prompt he was when he came for the free estimate. We knew almost immediately that we were going to hire him over the others. It turns out he's quite full of himself. Don't get me wrong, the work was done, and done well. But, when we were still having a leaking issue, I called him back because there is a warranty. I called him a few times, only to get a recording saying that his voice mail box is full. I then found his company's page on Facebook, and left him a message there. He did send one back saying he would call me the next day, but never did. I then sent another message, and he finally did call me saying he would call me the following day, but didn't. My last message to him was less than friendly, and I told him that from now on he can talk business with my roommate, because I didn't like liars. He showed up the next day, unannounced. He looked around a bit, and couldn't see any problems as far as the roof goes, but did mention that it might be the chimneys, and he recommended that I call a chimney contractor, which he did give me a couple names to try. After apologizing for not getting back to me, he left. Which brings me to the next contractor that came to look at the chimneys.
