Hit or Miss...Russian roulette.... Maybe when the company was run by the original owner they were reputable, but not now. Read BBB review history. Check CBS46 news story on contractor pool scam.
Seems from the reviews that some folks got lucky. Maybe their bank made sure things were done right before Blue Haven got paid? Maybe Blue Haven had a slow spell and so spent the needed time finishing those jobs. Maybe they just gave a damn about those clients.
If you use them, have a construction lawyer look over the contract. Don't trust any promises made. Document every step. Learn about the process independently; don't trust it to their integrity to give you the right stuff or you might have to pay extra for the equivalent of a steering wheel in your new car.
I still have $4500 in lighting that has never worked. $14000 in materials that had to be added to make the pool function. Inadequate and missing mechanical components. I had to ask them to install the SALT WATER CELL 8 months after the plumbing was done!? They said," Oh, we put that in at startup time." Bul@#$t. Glad I had them do that before they walked out on the job for the second time. And all this after taking a year to build. Beautiful design...poor execution. Pool builders have been prosecuted for less
