July 7, 2020Condo repairs and touch up.
Fairly simple job, get a condo ready for sale. Some painting, some plumbing, some carpentry. Did not do all the work so he was asked to go out again. Reported everything complete and we went to find he did none of the work on one of the bedrooms. He is now ducking all calls from the real estate agent. Do not use this contractor unless you want a job half done.

Oscar is hands down the most talented, kind, and detail oriented contractor I have ever met. He had the difficult task of repairing water damage through the kitchen ceiling, walls, garage and upstairs bathroom area. He literally made the repairs such that it was good as new. Cannot even tell there was a problem. He truly is the best and I cannot recommend him enough. I even recommended him to my own parents. I am so so grateful for his professionalism and skill. Look no further.
