Everyone! If you have to get any pool service done do not even contact these people. They are liars and crooks. They took a cash deposit promising to complete the liner replacement within 10 days and disappeared for 3 weeks during which time all my attempts to contact them would fail. They would not answer my call, so I had to call from a different number to get through and all I was getting is run around and lies that they were missing some measurements. After 3 weeks? Finally when they got an order in and installed the liner the foam padding was not installed which was a part of a contract and when I questioned that the first response was I never paid for it and it is a lot more expensive to have it added to the installation but when I pointed out the contract I was told that this pool never needed it. This is nonsense!!!
As a result, my 4th of July weekend I had no operational pool after making a deposit on June 3rd.
