I witnessed this guy dump two dogs in my front yard while he was in Dallas 3/19/13. Tied the mother to a tree and left the pup to roam free on a busy street. Got in his silver GMC truck with Texas Longhorn logo and his business information on the tailgate. Colorado tags 546-ZCZ. Followed him and got pics of the truck.
