This is the only time in my life that I have ever had to replace a roof and the insurance wasn't willing to pay so I got several estimates and I found Behrends to be the most professional, the most reasonable price, the easiest to work with and they weren't pushy about the sale. I actually didn't get the work done for another year or two so I asked for an updated estimate along with the addition of gutters and found it to be very similar to the original so I hired them and for the most part had a great experience all the way around. The only mishap was that the shingles were initially dropped off on the my neighbors roof instead of mine, fortunately the neighbor crawled up on their roof and found the invoice to find out the shingles belonged to me and made me aware. I called Behrends right away and they had the problem addressed the same day- the company they used had to come back out- take the shingles off the neighbors house and put them on mine and they were very apologetic. I actually felt sorry for those guys because that mistake caused them a lot of extra effort. I love the final product and would 100% use them again if I ever had to get another roof. I have not had that kind of good customer service in most of the work done to my house- so I am very glad I get to get them a referral of my positive experience.
