    Troy and his guys came out 3-4 times over the past 4 years to take care of some leaking issues that we have had from the people who did our original roof (all separate issues), so when it was time to have the new roof put on, they were my first call. After thoroughly checking everything out, he came in and sat down with us for 15-20 minutes and explained everything. I still took 3 estimates for the reroof on our 2200+ sq foot home. Frankart came in about $100 more than the other 2 but what got me to go with them was the fact that they estimated we would need at least 17 sheets of plywood and 60 feet of fascia board, all included in the quote. Asked what happens if they go over and was told that the price they give me today is the price after it's all done. My other 2 estimates included only 2 sheets of plywood. Additional sheets were "only" $80 each.

    The job started on a rainy Thursday late in the day and completed on early Saturday morning. The workers are amazing....worked like a well oiled machine and didn't stop the entire day. Put tarps down to catch any nails as well (3 trips around the house, I found 1 nail) Frankart ended up replacing 35 sheets of plywood along with over 100 feet of fascia board.

    Easy financing plans are available as well. Frankart Roofing did an awesome job and saved me over $2000 over the other 2 companies. I will recommend them to anyone who needs repairs, reroofs and free estimates. Quality company, quality materials and amazing employees.
