I would never recommend this store to anyone.
I purchased hardwood floors in 2010 and in 1 to 2 months after installation the floor boards began to crack and split in the floor board itself not inbetween the boards on the surface of the boards and we have been fighting ever since to get what we paid for, not a damaged product, were is the guarantee and customer satisfaction that Mr BOB WAGNER is suppose to give to his customers. I am very upset and frustrated.
