He took cash, knew my husband from the trade, didn't pay for the materials, so now there is a lien on our house. After months of trying to get him to complete the job, he finally finished in November and then we got the property lien notice. Been trying to get him to "do the right thing" for almost a year and all I get is lies that he will pay or has paid.
