Almost everything we have asked for from a design standpoint has been almost immediately denied. We have very little power in making any decisions regarding the raising of the house we rebuilt on our own with no assistance from BIB. As for the work permit that was filed you can rest assured we had no input into it and I do not think I have ever spoken to anyone from that architectural company.
