Box State Sewer & Water LLC was hired to repair our sewer line. Unfortunately, we have encountered several significant issues following the completion of the work, which have not been adequately addressed despite my attempts to seek resolution. They trashed our front yard that cause the hoa to reach out requiring immediate resolution. Not only was this costly but we spent relentless hours prepping to plant grass. Now are front yard has collapsed due to there service cutting our sprinkler lines and not properly back filling. Spoke to someone who told me they're not responsible for cutting sprinkler lines or any landscaping. Will not respond to me. Can't come to understanding for costly repairs that have to be done now. In addition, outlets are not leveled and one is sticking a foot out of the ground.
