BEWARE! This contractor has NO respect for any of the rules, laws or codes relating to construction. He took an enormous deposit from us and promptly deposited it into his personal account to spend on whatever he wanted. He claimed to have an "A-team" but in the end had no team at all. He abandoned our job without paying us the huge deposit he took back and without paying subcontractors almost $100,000 despite having been paid in full for the job (A criminal offence). He uses unlicensed workers and made significant mistakes. Trust me, don't give this guy a second thought.
