Bradshaw Flooring & Acoustical laid tile for our business in December of 2018. The company is aware of cracked tiles and appear to refuse to correct the issue. Our director, financial administrator and myself have made several attempts to communicate with Bradshaw Flooring & Acoustical over the last six months. Six attempts have been made in the last two weeks with only one returned phone call. As the customer, I should not be chasing the business to fix an issue with their work. Although in the audio clip on their website they claim the staff is “eager to assist,” we feel the opposite. When we selected Bradshaw Flooring & Acoustical for our flooring needs, we believed they were a “leading provider.” Unfortunately, our thoughts have now changed.
