Jeff at Brance Construction built our current home. He did an amazing job! Jeff made the building process a great experience. Everyone warned us of the nightmares of building a home, but with Brance Construction we didn't experience any of that! Jeff was excellent to communicate with. He took plenty of time to address any concerns or issues we had. On more than one occasion he definitely went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy. But, most important to us, we felt that he was honest in his dealings with us. Our home was built within a matter of a few months and WE LOVE IT! We can't say enough good things about Brance Construction!

We purchased our home 6 months ago. Since moving in, we have had 3 water leaks from the Pex piping in the attic. The installation appears to be very shoddy work and there was no manifold installed so there is no way to isolate a leak from the rest of the house. It was built by Brance Construction in 2009. The previous owner indicated at sale that they had had 2 water leaks that had been turned into their homeowners insurance. We figured that was a fluke incident and there shouldn't be any other issues. We now believe this was an ongoing issue and that the 2 leaks turned into insurance claims were just the most extensive. It is clear from looking at the pipe installation that it wasn't done properly and has caused the leaks. We are currently considering all options to find a permanent fix.
