I live in a house that the Bregenzer family built and lived in.
Beware if you use them for chimney work because the chimney they put on their own house leaks and the bricks are inferior. That's what the chimney company said that repaired the chimney for us.
They put the house on a crawl space (that has springs in it so that all wood is rotting) and then installed a whole house vacuum system that emptied into the crawl space through a hole in the floor of a closet with no receptacle for the waste.
Closet doors lock from the inside!
When we had an electrician in to fix the outside lighting to the driveway, he said it was wired under ground in the wrong way. The electrician disconnected it.
Front porch was slated very nicely but slope was towards the house so that when it rained water pooled up and the wood siding rotted. Slate was not laid on concrete but wood so that a few years ago the deck of porch caved in.
All three bathrooms have a wall switch that does nothing. When fixing one bathroom the contractor found a live wire. According to the contractor, the tiling on the floors and walls was not properly installed.
There are numerous other issues with the house.
I cannot believe that they are so revered for their work. I wonder if the work will stand the test of time. This house surely didn't. I wonder if Bill, Sr. turned the building of this house over to his sons, BIll, III and Mike, for them to practice on. I don't know how they every passed a building inspection.
