    We bought a brand new condo that Norman developed, designed and built.
    $850,000

    Norseman architects and their building arm, Houseplant Inc., were the developers, builders and designers of our condo building. Lots of shoddy finishes, bad insulation and horrible to work with. Did not complete agreed work contracted in the closing documents or fix any of the issues that came to light in the following 12 months. Good at making things look pretty but not durable.
