Bad experience and overran budget and questioned his integrity . Very hard to deal with his personality.

Very bad experience working with Brett Cochran. He was way off with the estimates for costs and it was 3x the price he quoted for home. The time frame to complete was off by overn6 months due to builder taking vacations . He was very hard to work with as he was confrontational and did not listen to what we wanted for our home. We felt he did not spend the proper amount of time for estimating costs and time that home would be completed. We questioned expenses and found that he overcharged in some areas . We would not recommend Brett Garrett Luxury homes because the lack of integrity ,honesty and work ethics. We cannot even give one star to rate this builder but had too to submit review.

I see the bad review above but I have had the opposite experience. I have seen his integrity. He expects others to keep their word. His time is estimates are based on the original project not being changed up by the buyers. If you change your mind in the middle of a build job and chance the blueprints you can expect the job to take longer.
