We worked with Brian Ardolph and bought a house he built for “himself” in exchange he bought our house. In the end we miserably came to find out the garage had no cement footings and was firmly connected to the house anchored in the ground. When winter set it the garage floor fractured in half and heaved so that we could not even close our garage door. I don’t want to think about our heating bills that Winter. In the end we found no vapor barrier over a crawl space non treated wood used below grade and parts of the house completed without house wrap. Where was our contractor? Brian flipped our house and left the country for Extended vacation in India. Great work from a great contractor. Buyer beware!
