I purchased a coin from Brian C. Lipscomb through ebay and paid him $3,000.. He never sent the coin and kept my $3000. I filed a complaint with the FBI internet department and have 2 Federal employees as a witness to him mailing an empty envelope. Brian C. Lipscomb of Gadsden Alabama is not to be trust in any business deal.
