I used this contractor about 4 years ago. He didn't correct any of the problems I reported to him about the job, did not to return numerous calls, hired employees that didn't know what they were doing and his workmen wrecked my A/C, which Brian DeWitt pretended not to know about, but his men told me they reported it immediately when it happened. DeWitt never made it right nor did he reimburse me for the A/C. How someone stays in business with this level of customer service or lack thereof baffles me. Had to hire others to correct all the poor workmanship that was done on my house. I would never hire this group to do anything for me. He was also more expensive than others, which I didn't find out until after the fact.
