We hired Brian to design and install custom cabinets in our master bathroom. I was really excited to have him working with us after seeing some of the furniture he created. Unfortunately, he continually "disappears", does not respond to text and phone calls, and fails to show up when he promised. So far he has been holding our project up for 2 weeks. I will re-evaluate my review depending on Brian's performance and follow through. So far he has no-showed on us 4 times.

In February of 2012, we agreed on a price of $47,000. to build the cabinets for a new home I was building. The timeframe was supposed to be approximately 10 weeks. After stringing me along for over a year, Mr. Fountaine informed that he had underbid the job and would not finish unless he was given more money. At that point, he already had far more of my money than I had completed work. So, under duress, I agreed; with the understanding that there would be no more delays. I should have known better. Several more months went by with little progress, and I was finally forced to hire someone else to complete enough of his work so that I could at least move in. After several more false promises to come and finish the work, Mr. Fountaine finally walked off the job with all my money and a good deal of my material. Now, the job that was going to take 10 weeks and cost $47,000, has taken 14 months and cost $64,000. I am filing a complaint with the contractor's board. Mr. Fountaine is still working, and ripping people off under a suspended license. If you have had a similar experience with this crook, please contact me

This guy is an absolute joke. Hired him to build cabinets for me and it has been dragging on for a year! I have messaged and messaged this guy and there is never any response. I ended up doing some research and have spoke to other people who have either hired him or dated him and found out this guy is the biggest flake and craziest person you will ever meet! Looks like I will not be getting my stuff done and will not be seeing my money back unless I sue him. He is literally a liar and a thief. Heard he has been sued a few times already and has people threatening to sue him. Do NOT hire this guy!
