We had a very disappointing experience with Brian Franchini and Franchini Design Group. From the start, communication was a major issue. He was consistently unresponsive, making it incredibly difficult to get updates or have any meaningful dialogue about the project.
The quality of work was far below expectations. There was no regard for the timeline. Deadlines were repeatedly missed without any valid explanations or attempts to catch up. After a painfully long time, he supplied designs that lacked the creativity and precision one would expect from a professional. The ‘permit set’ he created was not complete enough for structural permits and we made the decision to part ways - we then had to hire a licensed architect to finish the job.
Overall, working with Brian Franchini was frustrating and unproductive. I would not recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional architect.
