I would NOT recommend this contractor!! Demolition work was very good and cleaned up very well. However, construction projects were a nightmare. Very cheap and shoddy work putting things back together. When concerns were brought to his attention, they were dismissed and he was not available to meet at the job site. Electrical wires were drywalled over and openings were not properly sealed off from crawl space under the home. No effort was made to match wall texture to existing texture, new texture was not sanded down and plaster was slopped everywhere. Not all work discussed was completed, took twice as long as thought, and ended up costing about 16% more than the estimate.

I have no idea how this man is in business the demo on our home went fine, after that it was a mess. He did not follow code for plumbing or electrical and worst he tried to hide with shady tactics. Our job was suppose to be completed in four months 1/2 a year later the house was in worst shape and our money was gone.
