  Full Home Inspection

  Review:

  To begin, my Wife and I have been traveling around the country for the past 6+ and have never bought a house in Michigan nor met Ron/Bristow Builders before using him on 3/10/18. Although I was born/raised in Michigan, we were only in town for interviews and to look at housing for a few days. Ron/Bristow Builders worked with our schedule as we made a last minute request to have an inspection done before we left to return to Colorado the following day. We have used many different inspection companies for buying houses in the past, and NOTHING compares to Ron/Bristow Builders. You will not find a better inspector anywhere! Ron was extremely thorough and detail orientated. He cared greatly about taking the time to explain exactly what was both good and bad about the house, and how urgent or non-urgent certain items needed addressing. Ron arrived before us, and left after, spending around 4 hours going through the house. The following day we received an extremely detailed 37 page report with pictures and explanations pointing out exactly what could be improved in our home. Ron is passionate about what he does and sharing his years of knowledge in the trades world. We could not be happier with the inspection Ron provided. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to use Ron/Bristow Builders! Thanks Ron!

  Hi Ron,

  Thank you for sending this over so quickly. We really like the report, everything is clear and the maintenance tips are very helpful.

  I also wanted to mention that we were very impressed with the thoroughness and quality of the inspection service you provided. We thought you did an excellent job and will definitely recommend you to anyone we know in need of a home inspection.

  I did have one question though about the crawl spaces. It is unclear to me exactly how the air flow though them is set up. Are there only passive vents around the perimeter or is there climate controlled air sent from the house’s HVAC system that then exits the perimeter vents?

  I have also included Colette (my wife) and Debbie (our realtor) on this email so that they can have a copy of the inspection report.

  Bristow Builder home inspection

  The inspector I worked with was very thorough. He paid a great deal of attention to every detail, and took time to explain the items I asked about. He showed me items I would never have seen and explained the potential consequences of not correcting them. I could not ask for a better experience. Very highly recommended
