My mother hired Broeker and he took advantage. Quoted cedar fencing but then told her fir was the same could he use that, she didn't know and trusted the man because he talked so much about his church involvement, he did not reduce the bill by the difference in price, either he or his kids working for him cut several boards short and nailed them up anyway, inconsistent style, caps missing, etc. Can I upload photos of the job he did?
