From our first communication to the last, every encounter was professional, thorough, and well done. Trina and Keith came out to give an estimate for interior drywall repair and interior painting almost immediately upon our request. Their estimate was comprehensive, detailed, and very reasonable. We went back and forth making changes to the scope of the job as things cropped up and they gladly amended our estimate accordingly each time. We booked, the job with them, paid a very fair down-payment to get on their schedule, and they commenced work on time. We had the interior of our house prepped, drywall repaired, and all walls, trim and doors, some ceilings, and a vanity cabinet painted with multiple colors/finishes. Trina is exceptionally detail oriented, organized, and efficient. She and Keith worked with/around our houseful of pets, our needs and timetable, and executed the job masterfully amongst the chaos of the holidays, uncooperative weather, and us prepping to move. They even managed to finish the job in the estimated time frame despite the material issues and problems that arose.
At every stage, they emphasized to us that our satisfaction was of prime importance, continually asked if there was anything that we felt needed more attention, and never budged on their quoted price, even when the scope of repair work for our damaged walls expanded as we stripped the fixtures/art and found more repairs were needed. They expertly matched our textured walls and repaired our popcorn ceiling beautifully, coming up with solutions when the big box suppliers stopped carrying the necessary materials to do so. The house looks brand new thanks to them.
We have since hired them to repair our back patio ceiling and paint out there. The result is perfect - no repair work is detectable from the naked eye. We are so happy to have found/used this business, a mantra we found ourselves saying the whole time we've had them here.
