Poor quality - did not use weather appropriate materials. Nails rusting in less than 6 months, all over the exterior. Subcontractors used damaged exterior doors, uneven floors, etc.
Bill will tell you what you want to hear through-out project. If you are considering to use Bill, ask him for the reference of the new home built in Surf City built in 2019-2020. Be happy to show you his quality of work!
