I would not recommend this contractor to others. Hired him to do a 150K renovation and he never completed the demolition after being fully paid for it. He had asbestos removed improperly and never pulled permits or sealed area while removing it. He damaged the historic stain glass windows and never told us that are a very costly repair during the demolition.
