Do not use this contractor!! He does not stand behind his work or the work that he subcontractors. He misses on the requests, then comes back and asks for more money because he forgot to put it in the original bid. We had gutters installed along with the guards. Johnston's subcontractors did not install all of the gutters guards, but we did not find out until the gutters were filled with leaves. It took a drone to fly up to see that the guards were never installed. After many, many phone calls, Johnston has refused to take care of them. Not only did we pay for the services, we will now have to pay again to get someone to do the job that BT Johnston never completed. DO NOT HIRE!!
