Bucci started work on our place beginning in 2014 and it was poor workmanship. We had to have the owner come out at least four times when work was finished due to siding falling off our house or hanging there and almost falling off. Sometimes there was only one worker or two on a given work day. They should have been cleaning up after each work day and that was not done satisfactorily. They left four coffee cups on our back deck one day and I was out there cleaning up and got an old nail stuck in my foot so went to my Dr. for a tetanus shot. As of right now, we have two twisting beams on the front porch, which cracked our new railing which is attached. My husband had to put nails in some places where they never tacked down the aluminum trim and it was sticking out. We also have flashing around two windows on our porch that just falls out (They closed in one portion of our porch). The last time we contacted the owner with the issue of the twisting beams and cracked railing, he said he would be out and almost two months later, he never came so we contacted him. My husband said if we had to take this matter further, we would. He said he did not appreciate the threats and would not respond to us at all at this point. We did put in a report with the Better Business Bureau. Will NEVER recommend him (Tom Bucci) or his company.
