Owner
Mr. Roviralta was a partner of mine from January 2009 until early this year. During that time I lent him over $160,000.00 which he refused to repay. I received a Judgement against him recently and it is a matter of record in Petersburg Va. I will be glad to provide a copy of the Judgement. You determine for yourself if you want to hire him.
His State license was suspended in 2010 by the Contractors Board. Go to their website to see if it has been reinstated.
