German was amazing. After dealing with many incompetent contractors, it was a relief to have been referred to him. He did an amazing job on my kitchen and bath remodel. I highly recommend him.

I had a water leak in my guest bedroom. Build it up worked with my insurance company. They did a good job on the bedroom. When it came to the bathroom hat is where we had a difference of opinion. Instead of a 7 foot vanity I got one half the size. Instead of travertine I got low grade tile. My insurance was paying for top of the line. I asked if German Martinez could remove my jacuzzi tub and replace it with a walk-in shower. It was done to my satisfaction. However it wasn’t used for 6 months.
On June of this year I had and still have a tenant. She tried to take a shower but noticed that the water was not draining.
Today I engaged a plumber. The floor had to be partially taken out. The plumber informed me that whoever did the job must not have had a lot of experience. The drain pipe was set too high.
I am afraid to ask how much this is going to cost.
