Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this builder. We live in a new build of theirs and have had many problems. The siding was not appropriately attached to the home and they have yet to fix it in its entirety. The subflooring in our home is sinking and they refuse to fix it, even though the issue is covered under the homes warranty. Before buying, we asking that the HVAC leak and wood to earth contact be fixed. They did not fix either. They refused to put a railing in a spot that was not up to code which resulted in the death of our family dog within 24 hours of moving in. And lastly, until yesterday, they were not licensed with Washington State L&I. They've been building home without a proper license. They are also using contractors who are not licensed.
