Burgesson was extremely professional and I would highly recommend them. They were courteous and respectful of my home and cleaned up the work area to my satisfaction. The owern even made a point of visiting his crew (unannounced) during the middle of the installation. Also, I just remembered 3 of the 5 smoke alarms that were part of the package of the HVAC installation failed. I had them out twice before I decided I would just purchase six new alarms because the ones that they install are without a replaceable battery which means to disable a defective unit a plastic tab must be broken off and renders the alarm unusable.
