My wife and I purchased an investment property that Chick was remodeling. We'll assume he didnt know about the large dry wood termite infestation, but that doesn't excuse the multiple electrical items that were not up to code (which were caught by the inspector). Now, we realize that he also didnt seal the master bathroom ventilation exhaust on the roof side, so the bathroom is now flooded by the leak and will require new drywall and insulation. Stay away from this guy, does not do quality work.

Chuck Burke uses undocumented workers on his crew and stole $3,775.00 from me for purchase of a sliding glass door that was never delivered. Attempts at communication with Burke are met with silence. Not a good guy.
