Avoid this company at all costs. From the very low quality of the work they did on my house, you'd be forgiven for suspecting that they hired a lot low-bid subcontractors. At one point I witnessed the owner ask the name of one of his subcontractors. He didn't even know the name of the guy he'd hired. In my opinion, they were looking to cut costs at every opportunity. The owner's son is a big part of the business but observing him it became clear that he had very, very limited construction knowledge (in my opinion). They deviated from the drawings at virtually every stage of construction. They installed the foundation vents below grade, installed the wrong windows, then installed new windows out of square and plumb, framed the bathroom studs out of plumb (making tiling very difficult), ran the plumbing through the floor of the bathrooms (again making tiling difficult), and installed the epdm roofing below code standards. They allowed it to rain inside my house AFTER they had installed the furnace. The subfloor swelled in the bathroom, and now the subfloor is warped under what should be a flat tile floor. They spray primed the walls before they had achieved an adequate drywall finish. Two and a half months after they were contractually obligated to finish the project, they still hadn't begun the finish wiring, finish plumbing, gutters, tiling, railing, trim, door hanging and much more. When I finally was forced to fire them, they kept more than $13,000 of my money for work they hadn't done (in my opinion, but this is backed up by the owner's own contract exhibit). If you are looking for a contractor, keep looking. From my experience, and in my opinion, this company was an absolute nightmare to work with.
(The preceding contains my opinion. These opinions are based upon objective observation, physical evidence, photograph evidence, and written evidence contained in contract documents drafted by the owner of the business in question).
