    Whole house remodel

    I have never worked with a more caring, thoughtful contractor! I am a realtor and have referred him out to so many co-workers in my office for the past six years - everyone he works for has wonderful things to say about him and his work. He treats his clients like family, his prices are fair, and he pays attention to the little details that make a project really come together. From small jobs like prepping a home for sale to whole house remodels to brand new construction, Zach does it all with integrity and incredible skill!

    I worked with Zach on a TI in commercial property.
    It’s a really long story that started out really nicely and then got worse as each month of 7 months went by. The job was $61,440. There were mistakes made which made Zach angry at me over time. Example: plumbing was done, and there was no water to the back area. Had to be redone. He Basically said that he’s doing me a favor by not charging me to fix it. He is nice guy, but is super unprofessional. He told me “you are my worst nightmare” “you make me hate construction”. He would give me dates, and not follow through have delays and not give me updates unless I asked. I’m biz owner and like to know what’s going on, I told him that. Sometimes he would ignore me texts for days, and when I kept texting him to get an answer you told me “you’re crazy”.

    He also asked for the money to be be paid when the job was not fully done. And now I can’t get him to finish what he promised. For about four weeks now I’ve been asking him to finish and he just keeps saying next week and next weekend and doesn’t show up. Today he was supposed to be there. I moved furniture around, to make it easier for him to do his job. Confirmed with him. And then he didn’t show up. When I texted him he stopped responding. I’m just over it! I’m tired of begging and hoping. There’s a lot of contractors out there that their word means something to them and their people of integrity. If I would’ve known what I know now I would’ve never done business with him. The stress that working with Zach has caused me I cannot even express in words!
