We hired this company to remove asphalt and pour new concrete. Owner was very responsive and provided estimate in timely manner. The estimate was by far not the cheapest but we saw the great reviews and decided to pay more to ensure we got the quality work. The job was delayed about a month from the estimated time frame and we waited patiently. When the job was started, they arrived on time and worked fast and completed in exactly the time frame they gave. Once the job was completed we were told we could walk on it after 2 days and use the driveway after 7 days. We waited 10 days before walking or driving on it. We were not told to wait 28 days before using our hose. Owner did the opposite and did not inform us of this 28 days until the hose scratched up our driveway. He made point to tell us not to use any salt in the winter but at no time thought to inform us not to use a hose until after 28 days. The nicely poured concrete that we paid a good price for is ruined now. We now have to wait a year and pay a different company to reseal the driveway so the scratches are not noticeable. I feel after everything the owner should let all customers know that the 28 day cure process is extremely important so the quality of the work withstands. I was left very unhappy with project completion and would never recommend this company to friends and family.
